After postin the research on Heart Resonance, many have asked me, "How to rise our vibrations?" The quesion is, how to tune vibrationally to what you want to achieve. You want to have more love in your family, to have witnessing results, to be finantially free. You need to synchronize with the vibrations of what you want to gain in life, even before it seems posible. Thus, you have to create it spiritually first.

Let's see how vibrations work. If you feel you don't have enough money, joy, love in your life - these vibrations attract exactly that end result of lack; You don't have them! To get out of that state you have to change your vibrational standing. Start vibrating in the vortex of prosperity and success - being it and broadcasting it. Be one with the Source - God. Be blessing to everything around. If you are not there, pray until you feel it and than go and act on it.

Two laws in Divine Principle explain the process. First, give and take generates energy. So don't have give and take with the problem, but focus on the desired end result. Don't let be destructed by the obstacles. Second, before having the joy of something substantially, the Principle explains, first you have to experience the joy of creating it in your mind. Visualize your end result in your mind, creating it spiritually. If your mind visualizes all the barriers for achieving it, your creativity is working against your actual desire. Where do you stand vibratioanally?

Yes, this is the simplest low of give and take. Don't focus on the problem, because it will make it expand. Focus on the end result you want. Give up your arguing about your limitations

So give up your arguing about your limitations. There is plenty of frequencies, just like on your Radio. You can set yourself on any of those frequencies. Tune to the reality God prepared for you and believe you are there. Nurture it, hold it, don't get destructed out of it. 

The positive attitude is the way to succeed. It's not an the easiest way. It means to feel the opposite but transform those feelings. It requires going against the stream. Once you gain victory in your feelings you will know that the thing you prayed for and yearned for will definitely come. The key is 'Feeling it', not just "wanting it." 

Worrying - means you are focusing on the problem!
Only in the absence of a worry your solution will appear!
Turn you attention to what you want. You cannot defy the laws of the universe.

Instead of just worrying yourself more by looking at what was and looking at what is, try differently. See yourself as a creator. It's a matter of give and take. Whatever you contemplate, you are already creating. Give and take generates energy. Is there a meaning in creating worries, fears, walls, preventing you to achieve your goal? No!

You function better when relaxed and in love

Our physical mind makes us worry, but our spiritual mind knows how to solve things. It senses the information from the spiritual world. Here is Rev. Moon's explanation on how to reach this deeper-inner level of your mind, by calming down your physical self:

For example, to heal with energy the healer connects with the problematic frequency and instead of fighting it goes into the state of relaxing and nothingness, thus transforming this disturbed frequency. Another way is to transform it into love. The sick energy in the other person is automatically healed. That's something I have done many times, without knowing these techniques, it was just coming to me intuitively. And the healing effect was really amazing. See this video:



Visualize what is gonna be (The End Result)

Therefore, contemplate from the position of inspiration of what is gonna be when you achieve it. Immerse yourself into this feeling. Signs on the road we should take often mean, "Under Construction". Don't try to jump. Let the ideas come. Invest your thoughts in that direction until things are fully prepared. Your body will respond to vibes of your thoughts

Our body cells are consciousness, listening to our mind. Consciousness is vibrations. When you think a thought you send vibrations. Body is lifted by them, being allowed by it, or being hindered by it. So rather than listening,  lets use word... "My cells are vibrational consciousness that is being affected by the tuning of the vibrations of our mind.

The intelligence of the cells is so incredible. They can allying to the bigger imagine projected by some higher consciousness. But we are not able to contemplate beyond the reality we are conditioned in. What you are focussed upon is sort of cementing your expectations. Simply because we don't believe it's possible we are hindering the potential.

A person with strong spiritual energy can liberate any trapped emotions with his hands or through prayer and meditation, because of his higher frequency.
